These are great ideas. I especially like the gold/bronze bag you used in the photo. So full of light and sparkle. Very festive!

But you should really know, us gals really just want shoes, or a shopping trip to Bloomie’s. But I guess a zoom lens might be nice too.

    Keep up the good work……

Well, Bonnie, you know what they say…
“It’s not the camera that makes a great photo, it’s the shoes!”

I really enjoyed your suggestions…..even though you did list some excellent photo books, I’d enjoy seeing an article JUST about great photo books for gift giving….some of your favorites, for example. Thanks for your site, I read it all the time…..

yeaaah, no…this gal loves photography more than food, more than sleep, definitely more than shoes…i’m thinking more along the lines of…a magic mouse for my MPB…moshi clear guard…a lacrosse battery charger (to replace the one i lost at my last gig)…a BW filter for my new lens…oooh, i really dig the R-strap! those of course are good stocking stuffers ;)to really knock some socks off – a nice leather Domke for the gear, Adobe LR2 or a battery grip for my mkII…to remove more than socks ;)- how about canon 85mm F/1.2 or a wacom cintiq tablet…(sigh)…who said diamonds are a girls best friend?????????

Rest in someone’s bed, drink plenty of fluids, buy accessories, like the photo kind, not handbags!

Wireless remote!!! What a great idea. You really just helped me out. Thanks Ken. I think I might get the posing book for myself as I never know what to do with people when I need to pose them.
