He is using a 400mm Nikkor lens. Settings: Manual Mode with Sunny 16 Rule (f16), ISO 200, shooting Raw using the .NEF format.

Yes, the f16 Rule or Sunny Rule applies even from space orbit. So, while he doesn’t say on the video, the expected shutter speed in this situation should be 1/200 sec.
